Did Moses REALLY write the Torah (the first five books of the Bible)?
If this question seems like a “no-brainer,” you are rapidly becoming what many “scholars” would refer to as fringe thinkers. All ancient texts claiming to be written by Moses are in Hebrew. Yet, what scholars and archeologists are coming to believe is — the Hebrew language did not exist at the time of Moses! In fact, the only written form of language at the time of Moses was Egyptian hieroglyphs and (possibly) an extraction of an early language known as Semitic script (not originating from the Jews). If we accept this direction of thought, it would seriously undermine both Judaism and Christianity. Is anyone questioning this way of thinking?
After much research into this subject, I discovered a Christian filmmaker by the name of Tim Mahoney, who approaches such controversies in a rigorous scientific manner. His films include all sides and opinions out there and then takes a careful look at where the most likely conclusion leads. He calls this process “Patterns of Evidence.” In his film, “The Moses Controversy,” Tim interviews some of the leading experts on the evolution of early language and then presents a strong case for how Moses actually could have written the Torah. As we all know, the world is finding all sorts of reasons to reject God and everything that has been taught in His name since the beginning of time. If the scholars can question who wrote the Torah and claim that it was written hundreds of years past the time of Moses, then they can seriously question its content and reliability — which is precisely what they are doing! I strongly recommend Tim’s film. It is available on Amazon for $12.83 (at the time of this post). If you want to discover Tim’s conclusion on your own, watch the movie. If you don’t mind me spoiling the surprise, continue reading for a SPOILER ALERT.

An Amazing Conclusion!
The film does an amazing job of presenting a timeline for how various language versions came into existence. And, it compares the method and structure of language itself. But, the most shocking conclusion presented in the film was — The Hebrew language came into existence from the very hand of God when He handed Moses the 10 Commandments written in Hebrew (which God would have to teach Moses how to read)! Watch the film! How Tim came to this conclusion is brilliant!
